To Enhance Customer Experience Through the Latest Technologie ...Zain Opens Its Brand-New Store in Irbid

  To better serve its customers and subscribers, as well as all those interested in benefiting from its services in Irbid Governorate and the northern region of the Kingdom, Zain Jordan has opened its brand-new store in Irbid, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience and deliver its services within a modern and contemporary environment that reflects the company’s evolving digital services and technological solutions.

The store has been designed according to a modern concept that reflects Zain’s brand identity and keeps pace with the rapid developments in the telecommunications and technology sector. It features a spacious layout and contemporary organization that allows customers to easily access the company’s services and explore its products. A specialized team of employees is also available to provide professional support and ensure the highest levels of service.

The new store offers all services required by Zain customers, including subscriptions to lines and services, account management, bill payments, and technical support services, in addition to showcasing smart devices, accessories, and the latest digital solutions.

The new store is located on Wasfi Al-Tal Street in Irbid Governorate and welcomes customers from Saturday to Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During the holy month of Ramadan, the store operates from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

The opening of the new store comes as part of the company’s continuous approach to modernizing its retail outlets and delivering an integrated customer experience in a more modern and seamless manner, a strategy that Zain began implementing several years ago through the development and upgrading of several of its stores.

Zain continues to provide its services to customers through its network of stores spread across the Kingdom’s governorates, which currently number 70 stores, in addition to its digital channels that enable customers to easily complete their transactions. These include Zain Jo mobile application, Zain’s website (jo.zain.com), and Zain eshop (eshop.jo.zain.com).
